Shanelle Marie was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. Her work history has been quite diverse and fulfilling. She’s has been both a beautician and a teacher’s assistant at a public elementary for several years. From her mid 20’s to her now early thirties, she worked as a network operator in informational technology while doing tarot readings, astrology, meditation, and healing sessions on the side. She left the field in 2022 to devote herself full-time to her spiritual practices.

Marie lives in curiousity. She is fascinated with how spirituality is science that we haven’t figured out yet, and how logic and spirituality go hand in hand. While she is not religious, she was born and raised LDS and keeping a journal was deeply inspired through the teachings. Her journey of writing has been in her life since 1999. She believes (and it’s scientifically proven) that writing your thoughts and emotions can help provide healing and give ways to explore the horizons. These days, she privately journals about how supportive astrology is in her life, and this has been her own personal life coach.

One of Marie’s favorite ways of approaching Tarot readings is to ask the cards in the same way a life coach would ponder life. First, by asking to reveal our unique values and looking into how our experiences appear to be, from our own personal perspective. Next, by finding ways to be able to see how our values affect our relationship with ourselves and others. And lastly, by asking spirit how things may make us feel cognitively, or spiritually, while being connected to these values.
