​As we all embark on our human experience in this lifetime, our Souls know there is always something more to learn and understand. As ever expansive spiritual beings we know when our heart and body tell us something isn’t right for us, or a situation needs to be understood. We are all doing the best we can in this life, based on what societal norms, familial situations or early programming have dictated to us. What has happened to us in the past, or what is happening now, which is a possible mirroring of the past, can cause physical, mental or emotional struggles. Understanding these struggles from an evolutionary and spiritual context gives us the opportunity to bring new information to conscious awareness and integrate it into our body and mind. This creates a path to seeing the struggles from a different perspective, and opportunities to choose a new way to handle your life and continue moving forward.

The spiritual tools I will share with you in your session have been the most effective for me and my life changes. I have extensive training in hypnotherapy, regression therapy, medical support hypnotherapy, past life regression, and 25 years of massage therapy and Reiki. I began studying astrology in the early 90’s and found evolutionary astrology to be the most useful in combination with my hypnotherapy practice. The past couple of years, tarot has become a new passion of mine, as it combines the elements, astrology, numerology, and symbolism, to help guide you in your quest for understanding yourself and life.

My intention for sharing these tools and knowledge with you, is to hold space for your healing and understanding, so that you may more easily bring conscious awareness and spiritual integration into your physical, emotional, and mental bodies.
