Intro to Sound Healing: An Exploration of Sound with Elizabeth Jensen

Join Elizabeth Jensen in the exploration and healing power of sound. This experience will invite you to feel the effects of different sounds and frequencies on your body and mind through meditation and a variety of instruments.

Please bring pen and paper if you wish to take notes or explore the concepts that will be given. Chairs will be provided but feel free to bring a cushion if you’d prefer for the experiential portion of the evening.

Elizabeth Jensen is an Anusara-Inspired yoga teacher, meditation/Yoga Nidra teacher, and a Reiki master. Over many years she has been enjoying and experimenting with music and sound healing.
